Automatic counting machine – MCA

Equipment used to automatically package and count straws in visotubes in LN2.

IMV’s automatic counting and packaging machine automatically counts and packages frozen straws in visotubes, while keeping them at -196°C thanks to its dedicated mobile host tank,

the LN2 CUV and vapor freezing unit.

Easy to use with its three buttons for controlling all functions, the automatic counting machine is completely reliable.

Two electronic counters ensure accuracy. The first selects the number of straws per goblet, and the second selects the number of goblets to be filled. The automatic counting machine works with nitrogen vapors at -196°C in containers, or in its host tank (ref.022512).

Completely automated, once it is started, it works without monitoring.
